Spring is here, even though our weather leaves something to be desired. My doe (mama goat) had 5 kids yesterday. That is an a crazy lot of babies for one mom, so we brought 2 of the little ones home. They will stay inside, with diapers on, for a couple of weeks until the other does freshen (have babies), and then these little ones will be stronger and can have real goat milk from other goats. It is so much fun having little ones in the house! My dear husband is very understanding, and he just goes with the flow. Eli has taken the role of mother hen, and Noah thinks they are little personal toys just for him. Even Sydney want so help out!
